1. Scope
These planned conditions will govern carriage by air on flights operated by Caliphate Air and form part of each passenger’s contract once issued in final form.
2. Tickets, fares and changes
Final fare families, validity, change, cancellation, refund and no-show rules will be shown during booking and incorporated into the completed conditions.
3. Check-in and boarding
Passengers will be responsible for valid identification, timely arrival and compliance with security and operational instructions. Final cut-off times will be published before launch.
4. Baggage
Allowances, restricted items, special baggage and liability processes remain subject to the final approved baggage policy.
5. Disruption and liability
The completed document will state passenger options during delay, cancellation, rerouting and denied boarding, together with liability limits required by applicable law and international conventions.
