Share proposed airports, dates, timing, passenger count, and any equipment or service requirements.
2. Feasibility review
The charter team reviews aircraft suitability, route permissions, airport handling, crew, and schedule availability.
3. Written proposal
If feasible, the future charter team provides a written scope, price, conditions, payment terms, and validity period.
4. Confirm & coordinate
A movement becomes confirmed only after the required agreement, payment, passenger information, and approvals are complete.
